Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SHARH website and services at sharh.ae (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by SHARH, a business brokerage based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("SHARH", "we", "us").

SHARH is a business brokerage platform that offers indicative AI-assisted business valuations, a marketplace of business listings, tools for buyers to make enquiries, and a partner referral program. SHARH facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and partners; it is not a party to any transaction between them unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

Any valuation produced by the Platform is an automated, indicative estimate based on the information you provide and general models. It is not a formal appraisal, audit, fairness opinion, investment recommendation, or financial, legal, or tax advice.

You should not rely on a valuation as the sole basis for any transaction. SHARH makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any valuation and accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on it. You should obtain independent professional advice before buying or selling a business.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep any account credentials (including for the partner portal) confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Sellers and approved partners are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the listings and information they submit. Sensitive details may be gated and disclosed to a buyer only after the buyer accepts a non-disclosure agreement and meets qualification requirements.

By accessing gated information you agree to keep it confidential and to use it only to evaluate a potential transaction. Misuse of confidential information may give rise to liability and termination of your access.

Partners who register and are approved may access additional features. Participation is subject to any separate partner agreement, commission terms, and conduct requirements communicated by SHARH. SHARH may approve, suspend, or remove partner access at its discretion where these Terms or applicable rules are breached.

You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; infringe the rights of others; attempt to circumvent the Platform to deal directly in a way that avoids agreed partner arrangements; scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

The Platform, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by SHARH or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant SHARH a licence to use it for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing the services.

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services. SHARH is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. SHARH does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing or valuation is accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, SHARH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on valuations, listings, or other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify SHARH against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your dealings with other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions about these Terms, contact diana@sogdians.co.
